Heritage Grove is a not for profit corporation formed by a partnership of Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital and Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health.  We are specialists in health care for people with complex medical and psychiatric needs. In addition to all skilled nursing services, rehabilitation therapies and assistance with daily living needs, we offer professional treatment and interventions for behavioral disturbances related to Alzheimer's Dementia, and other mental health problems.
